December 1st, 2015 11:21 PM #27i really don't know why people would still buy food products from China. They have a proven track record of not giving a sh_t when it comes to food safety:
-- melamin-laced milk, which was confiscated, sold again to the market, confiscated again, and sold again.
-- gutter oil used by street vendors
-- exploding watermelons due to overdose of fertilizers/chemicals
-- vintage meat from the 70s being sold in markets
-- berries carrying hepatitis A
...and God knows what else that hasn't been exposed. What's worse, pollution in China is getting so bad that work/school have been cancelled due to smog, ansd something in the order of 60% of their underground water is no longer fit for human contact
