BPI Bank still offline, what's going on?

I am extremely disappointed in BPI

Tama desisyon ko na isara na account ko sa BPI. Hindi ako mag maintain ng 2M para sa isang account. Iinvest ko yun 2M ko sa negosyo kaysa matrngga pera ko sa kanila.

Hindi nga lumalagpas sa 100k laman ng account ko sa banko. Puro ADB lang [emoji23]

Masaya naman ako sa Security Bank. [emoji3]

Blows my mind talaga bakit ganun kalaki yung increase na from 50k to 2M for a SINGLE account. Nagsisi talaga ako why I chose that maxi saver pa when I opened an account in January

I will ask my relationship manager regarding that. I have maxi saver also but less than 2M

Baka isunod na nila ang CASA accounts, pag ganito, we will be forced to close 3 accounts.

They might be streamlining operations due to the merger, One BPI, new RMs have been assigned to us, so I think they also rationalized manpower.

Applied din ba ito sa BPI Direct account? BPI Direct kasi yung akin na 25k maintaining balance. Gamit ko yung account ngayon auto-debit ng monthly amort ng sasakyan namin. Di ko maalala kung maxi-savers din tawag dun sa account ko eh. 2012-2013 ko ata inopen yun. Wala pa naman akong narereceive na email regarding doon.

Yung Maxi Saver ay yung passbook accoint sa BPI, iba sya sa Direct.

Ang pinaka maganda, i regular saving account na lang yung naka Maxi Saver. Hindi na din naman nagagamit ang passbook, lalo na at may charge ma sila kada update sa passbook. Maayos naman kahit paano yung mobile banking nila. Pwede naman d[n i monitor ang balanse.

It's different, maxi saver 50k or 75k minimum. I just opened mine online so I have no ATM or Passbook

That is what I am planning but then I think we still need to close the account, I need to clarify that because I don't wanna go to the branch
