haha

but on the other hand yan ang kayamanan ng Pinas -- tao. Manpower
the Phils. has a large number of young people
unlike the developed world problema nila ang aging population and not enough young people (Japan best example)

well if the guy is gonna retire at 53 and he'll live to be 80 or 90 that's 30 to 40 years pa
he should make his savings last
which brings me to the question - how much do you need to retire?
simple - how much money do you spend in a month to maintain your present lifestyle?
so if you retire at 60 you want to have that amount of money coming in every month even if you're no longer working
if you'll live to be 80 or 90 you need that amount coming in every month for 20 to 30 years
(NOT ADJUSTED FOR INFLATION PA YAN)
so you better have investments that can produce that kind of return
like income from rental units
or dividends from companies
whatever
o nga pala... if your kids turn out to be really successful you got nothing to worry about
sila ang iyong healthcare and pension
but... they also have their busy lives and expenses
