Diyan sa atin wala akong alam dahil kapag nauwi naman ako diyan sa probinsya lang ang bagsak ko. Pero dito sa U.S maraming ganyan na business at kunti lang ang overhead nila. Small coffee shop lang ang mga ito w/ 3 or more table puro outdoor ito pero napakalakas ang mga kita nila. The only idea I good give is try to look for those magazine like travel & leisure or discovery magazine para magkaroon ka ng idea. Good luck

I stayed there last 2006 and wala (I think) ako nakita na ganyan restaurant.
Your seafoods will come from nearby La Union.

suv: bro, hirap nga ako pumunta ng baguio eh. ang layo kasi, busy lagi sched. but one of these days baka makapunta ako dun or maybe next month.

Profitable pa kaya ang souvenir business sa Baguio o sobra dami na nito? Is there still room that type of business in the market. Kasi, ang initial thought is being a tourist destination, so something about tourism ang magandang business dyan.
How about printing t-shirts using DTG? You might find a niche doing that. Ang maganda dito, usually, the tourists don't care much about the prices when it's for a souvenir.

i reckon it will be a big challenge to put up a new business here in baguio but it is still possible i'm sure if you are really keen to it.how about spending some time here first for a holiday and at the same time have a look around.water shortage is always a big problem here so you can consider that or properties to rent out to students and examiners or into food business...or if you got the resources... KFR....dami foreigner dito...joke lang po hehehe.
