The only idea I good give is try to look for those magazine like travel & leisure or discovery magazine para magkaroon ka ng idea. Good luck

    This is the Best Suggestion

    Dampa sa Baguio!!

I stayed there last 2006 and wala (I think) ako nakita na ganyan restaurant.
Your seafoods will come from nearby La Union.

suv: bro, hirap nga ako pumunta ng baguio eh. ang layo kasi, busy lagi sched. but one of these days baka makapunta ako dun or maybe next month.

Is there still room that type of business in the market. Kasi, ang initial thought is being a tourist destination, so something about tourism ang magandang business dyan.

How about printing t-shirts using DTG? You might find a niche doing that. Ang maganda dito, usually, the tourists don't care much about the prices when it's for a souvenir.

i reckon it will be a big challenge to put up a new business here in baguio but it is still possible i'm sure if you are really keen to it.how about spending some time here first for a holiday and at the same time have a look around.water shortage is always a big problem here so you can consider that or properties to rent out to students and examiners or into food business...or if you got the resources...
