i used to be a technical reviewer and writer for a singapore based IT magazine. pays good, considering part time lang, tapos andito pa ko sa Pilipinas. I just send my articles there via e-mail, and if the article is approved, i'm paid via bank remittance. na promote pa nga ako as advisory board member. puro reviews na lang and opinions kinukuha nila sa akin dun, but i am paid higher too.

other ideas:

a) if you can tinker computers, you can probably accept home service repair and diagnosis.
b) or you can start your desktop printing services and CD/DVD burning business at home. Normally, mga MP3s ang pinapaburn dyan.

for life insurance agents, you have to be a licensed life insurance agent from the Insurance Commission. may reviews/studies/training requirements yun and you have to pass their licensing exam. this goes for both selling permanent/endowment life insurance products as well as selling variable life insurance products. iba ang licensing and examinations nila.

for real estate, pwede. but kailangan dito, magsipag for trippings, etc. kundi, wala ka ding kikitain. and considering the time of the thread starter, mukhang hindi kakayanin yan except weekends.

sa pension plans ata/educational plans, may sariling license and training requirements din ata dyan. i am not sure, ask natin si mazdamazda.
