    Depends on how important the item is to you. There was a watch that's not available locally and also is declared as does not ship to ph so i used a forwarder. 2 lbs cost me only 1.2k php for the shipping. Given that it's not available here, the 1.2k i paid for shipping seems reasonable enough. So if the item is really important to you, then cost of shipping via forwarder is cheap. You can also consolidate several shipments into just 1.
