ito ang possible na gastos ng isang single man sa bahay

- tubig i think the minimum nasa less than 200pesos ata less than 10cubic meters

- internet mga 1,500

- food hinid ko pa macompute exact amount kung magkano rice at ulam. Pero pag palagay ko na 100pesos per day pero sa bahay yan magluluto

- kuryente ito ang hinid ko pa sure. Pero kung wala ka aircon tapos ang usually ginagamit ilaw, electric fan, tv, computer, ref, washing machine. Baka kaya 1thou a month or less pa nga. Ako kasi hindi gumagamit ng microwave. Wala din ako rice cooker., No electirc keetle.. Majority LPG ako.

So ito pagpalagay ganito computation
water bill = 200
internet 1,500
food sa bahay 3thou to 5thou
kuryente 1thou

I think pwede monthly expense sa house eh 6thou to 8thou for a single man. Pero syempre hindi kasama jan mga leisure pasarap sa buhay. im just computing yung possible na daily life expense.

I wasn't a believer until a friend got his install. Kinaya nga mag zero bill. But medyo oversized din yung solar install nya and he has a backup battery.

It's not practical for us since our bill isn't that high

For companies with a large building (like warehouses, retail parking with solar roofing) that might be achievable.

Nag oil change ako and registration renewal kahapon, tuloy nakita ko ung resibo ng battery ko, 2 years old na pala and ang tinakbo lang ay 2,700 kms. So napakwenta tuloy ako, nasa 48k/year pala ang maintenance cost ko and hindi pa kasama ang palitin na brake pads, drive belt at fuel filter and wala pa itong comprehensive insurance. Nabangga ko pa sa poste sa parking hehe, so repair pa. Malabo na ang I-Mid at bubbly na ang tint.

All this for 112 kms/month na gamit? And it depreciates pa. Practicality dictates na dapat ibenta na ito, kaso wala kaming back up pag nagka problem ung isa.

Ang titibay nga ng mga appliances.. Nagpalit din ako appliances dahil yung cost sa electricity naman ang di sulit.. Kahit yung malalaking CRT TV namin pinapalitan na lang ng planggana.. Ang laki na, lakas kumain ng space malakas din sa kuryente..
Ref, aircon at electric fans na daily ginagamit.. Pinalitan ko din kahit gumagana pa..
Yung old electric fans gingamit na lang if may bisita or kapag may manghihiram..
