Kung may mabibili kayo kalahating milyon na parking eh bilhin nyo na. Paupahan ngayon eh depende sa location so around 4,500 - 7thou per month. So kung 500thou mo nabili eh meron ka at least 5thou a month.

Dapat binili nung year 2010. Sayang, 7thou ang rent ngayon.

    whereas before, baka puede pa,
the condo probably will not allow you to buy a parking slot, if you do not have a condo unit there.
some condos do not allow "stranger cars" to park inside their garage areas.

ang condo kasi ginawang investment product

parang bonds (bili ka condo to earn rental income = bili ka bond to earn interest)

since madami tao need investment product, developers are more than happy to provide -- they literally create investment products using steel and concrete

    in fairness sa local developers...

yes, sobra sobra pero mostly, sold out na sila.

ang kawawa is yung buyers na nag-iisip na i-resell agad yung units or yung plan na mag-pa-rent

considerations in buying a condo unit...
    1. location.
    2. location.
    3. location.

look around and see if the current units are occupied by real people, or are empty.
the unit you will buy will probably be like them.

    and oh!
    get that parking slot.
    hindi ka magsisisi.

Whenever friends and colleagues ask me if its wise to invest in a condo, I always ask them back. Are you going to live in it? If not, there's many other opportunities out there with much better returns.

Condos are a headache to maintain. Condo dues and RPT pa lang, kain na yung rental income mo. Tapos brokers fees pa if ioutsource mo paghanap sa tenants. I guess bawi na lang when it comes time to sell dahil sa capital appreciation.

No respect to buyer! Injap Sia-Tan Caktiong’s Double Dragon refused to give condo title more than 3 years after full payment | Bilyonaryo

A sister of property developer Delfin Lee is seeking P10 million in damages against DoubleDragon Corp. (DD) of bilyonaryos Injap Sia and Tony Tan Caktiong for failing to provide her condominium title more than three years after full payment.
Under the law, developers are supposed to release the deed of sale and transfer of title within six months after full payment.
