any feedbacks? sabi kasi nila may tone siya nung parang katulad sa whelen.

They're probably talking about the HF (high frequency) and horn setting typically used by the PSG (who run Whelens).
Frankly, if you're used to sirens medyo malayo ang sound.
We use that as a back up siren sa ambulance in case the Whelen unit fails or we need more sound to punch through traffic.

December 1st, 2009 01:21 AM #5Maganda Code 8 kesa sa Magnum. Yung Code 8 May tone siya na medyo similar sa Whelen. Maganda Code. The best kung sa Local.

Really? I've always though that Code 8 sounds way too different from Whelen. Lalo na yung wail. I've auditioned this taiwan-made siren at this mall and it sounds better.
