Find a device like Power Magic Pro, BlackBox UPS T-Power Plus or new BlackVue B112 that can give you continuous recording and protects your car battery being drained (duration of use subject to the car battery performance and the Power Pack Battery Performance)

Thank you sir for the heads up and suggestions. I was planning to tap it on the accessories slot so the cam would only turn on when the car is switched on. Just wanted a clean install. Would the cam still consume power though even if the car is turned off, even if I were to tap it on the accessories slot only?
