China version yan na pinalitan ng international firmware. You can find a step by step guide in Youtube. Malamang the seller did the steps himself. I think that's good service. At least the seller can confirm it works after changing the firmware, or he wouldn't ship a defective product.

The INT'L version is about 500 more expensive. Is it worth it? Probably not. I'd take the CN version and either request the seller to change the firmware or do it myself.
