Not yet. But that's the plan tomorrow - buy 4m worth of wire with a mini-USB male adapter at one end, and the other end to be connected to the ignition directly. If this isn't possible, then the other end would be a USB male socket which I'll plug in to the 12V socket.

Yep, that's exactly what I did. I used the charger that came with the SJCAM mount, including its 12V to 5V head. Then this was attached to a fuse, afterwards attached directly to the ACC.

It has exactly the same functionality as with plugging it to the cigarette lighter slot, except it's much much cleaner looking.

Cool, kaso warranty pa ako eh. So, I cannot splice. Pwede kaya yung ganito?

300 lang, sa Jetcar Banawe ko pinagawa, kasama na ceramic fuse.

Actually I used the charger than came with the car mount of my SJ4000. It's about 1.5-2m long. Hindi naman kailangan mahaba cuz the wire only goes from your dashcam, through the headliner, left A-pillar, steering column, then ACC na. Wala na kong biniling additional, just the labor cost for installation.

Para pag nagshort yung wiring, hindi masisira yung SJ, yung fuse lang papalitan.

The stoplight right in front of the car turns yellow then red right before the car turns right (yung analog/walang seconds indicator).

balik nanaman pala mga buwaya diyan sa corner na yan. pero from what i see sa video, parang nag red na nung nag right turn.

Hehe, sorry sir pero ganito talaga sa Manila... some intersections show no right turn on red. Some do not (and ito yung nakakalito).

I also frequent the area, maraming stoplight traps -- pero once nahuli ka di mo na ma aargue since the stoplight ahead of you turned red already.

Dati, pina go kami ng pulis at a red light, tapos hinuli kami ng kasama niya right after the light... :D
