Make sure you get the authentic one. May mga fake din na SJ4000. Officemate ko nag-order sa L*z*d* and turned out it was fake. Video quality was bad.

Got mine through Lazada. Mukhang di naman fake and it uses novatek chipset.
Dalawa kasi yung sa Lazada - one with that Novatek chipset sa caption at isa na wala (much cheaper).

1. Yes you can. The SJCAM's cable is just like that of Android phones.

2. About 45 min of continuous recording on battery power.

3. I suggest getting a high quality car charger (I use a Capdase USB charger), but if you wanna cut costs, yes a CDR King USB charger will do.

I would also suggest getting a really long cable so you can have the cable routed up your headliner and A-pillar so it doesn't look messy.

Where in particular can I find that cable which is long enough to install in such a way? Been at SM San Lazaro at naikot ko lahat ng shops don wala ako makitang cable na ganun kahaba.

Kanina pinara ako from Monumento Circle, mali daw pasok ko sabi ni mr. kotongero.

Pag baba ko ng bintana, ask ko agad anong violation ko at nagmamadali ako at kunwaring iaabot lisensya (kahit di nya hinihingi). Sabi ko di ako makikipagtalo at tiketan na ako kung titiketan (dahil nagmamadali nga ako) pero sabi ko siguraduhin nya na tama ang violation (kung mayron man) na isusulat nya sa tiket dahil sabi ko may dashcam ako, sabay pihit paharap sa kanya. Ayun, pinaalis na lang ako ni mr. kotongero kesyo daw kasi nakakaabala na sa traffic.

Naghanap ako ng kapalit ng 2-channel dvr ko na nasira yun battery kasi lagi babad sa araw. Kita ko BlackVue DR650GW-2CH na gamit capacitor instead of battery. Pero walang price. Pa PM naman. Thanks. Heto pala yun full review na nakita ko sa youtube:

Warning to all those with dash cams, but with SJ4000s in particular: I noticed today that my dash cam wasn't sticking anymore, and when I looked closer, the tint was already losing its adhesiveness to my windshield:



Tint is Platinum, don't know what model, just the one that came free from the casa. The suction cup seems to have reduced the stickiness of the tint.

Anyone else with similar problems?

Thats kinda weird bro... Nangyayari lang yan natatanggal kung naglagay ka agad suction cup kung yung tint is hindi nabilad sa araw for at least 3 days after maikabit.
Kung matagal na tint mo bago pa yung dash cam malamang nagkamali yung installer nyan ...
