    may moisture sa loob ng foglights ko..
    oklang ba to? or is there sanything i should do?

    dry it out to prevent rusting. Try to check if the hole (to vent moisture) can be plugged to prevent excessive moisture.

    nadaan kasi ako sa baha medyop nag moist sya,
    paano naman nanginginig foglights ko..
    medyo malambot kasi yung isang sside ng bumper ko pinagkabitan...
    paano kaya diskartehan to?

    You can have a metal bar or plate installed on the inside of the plastic bumper where the foglight is attached to. It should act like a big washer to stiffen the area where the foglight is attached. For even more stiffening, you can "glue" the metal bar/plate to the inside of the bumper.
