salamat, i will try to consider your suggestions ... okay din pala yung polarg pure yellow pwede naman yan sa honda city 1.5 dba? babagay po ba yan sa polished metal na color ng city 1.5? does this mean okay lang na hindi na ko mag HID magpapalit na lang ako ng headlight bulb? ano po pala difference ng stock headlight bulb na nasa city 1.5 compared sa Philips X-treme Power or Osram Night Breaker?? thank you ulit...

October 30th, 2009 08:40 AM #36I think the City's foglight is using H11 bulbs. If I'm correct, then Polarg Pure Yellow is available for it (it also comes in HB4, H1, H3 and H4 sizes). Kung babagay man or hindi, I think that's subjective. Some people (like me) like the looks of yellow fogs, yung iba naman kasi mahilig sa white/bluish light.

Sayang naman if you spend money on an HID kit tapos sobrang glare pala (unless wala kang pakialam sa mga kasalubong mo). Takaw aksidente yan, baka masagi ka pa ng kasalubong mo dahil sa sobrang silaw.
Philips XP and Osram NB are much brighter than stock halogen bulbs. Their beams are wider and reaches out further. You don't even have to install relays and ceramic sockets since stock wattage pa rin sila. Totally plug and play. Disadvantage is the shorter bulb life compared to stock bulbs, pero sulit pa rin 'coz you really can't put a price on safety.

October 31st, 2009 12:58 AM #39Stay away from halogen bulbs with bluish light, they're pretty much useless during rainy conditions. Yellowish light is best for cutting through rain and fog. The exception to this is the Osram NB. Whiter/bluer than stock but doesn't really detract from the performance due to its design. Check out this link for a good review/discussion re: Osram NB: http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=2139371
I highly recommend that you just go with Philips XP or Osram NB for the headlights and Polarg or Euroline (much cheaper than Polarg) Yellow for the foglights.
As for the damage sa ilalim ng car mo, depende kung saan sumayad eh. Taga-Binondo ako and I know the McDo you're talking about, medyo pataas nga yung parking niya, dapat dahan-dahan lang pag aatras ka na paalis.

Be careful with channels like "China Observer" on YouTube. There is a clear bias in their posts and...
