This project got our creative juice pumping. I have yet to see a Ranger headlight with this kind of setup, local or abroad. It is truly another one-off project for us:

Ford Ranger quad setup with daylight running lights



The daylight running lights clearly seen here. This is a dual intensity setup. 100% output at IGN on. and 50% at park lights para hindi nakakasilaw. Same intensity as the Kia Sportage.



the signal light was transferred on the side where the park light was. T10 amber bulbs



the projectors are 2.5" bixenon units, one for LO and one for HI



truly enjoyed doing this project. Output shots to follow. BTW, it took us one week to do this project.

The fogs was also retrofitted with 70mm hid fog projectors. The DRL is a perfect fit for this headlight.

This Ranger actually came to us with already a retrofit done by another shop. Spaghetti wiring We had to remove all the harness installed and completely changed the harness for this setup

Some generic bi-xenon 2.5 projector with 4300K HID and 55w ballast. PM na lang po tyo sa kung sino nag install pa PM din po kung magkano po pakabit ng fog sa Honda city 4th gen. thanks.
