    Yep 15 minutes later just wet the lens add some toothpast. (aquafresh used) and a standard washcloth or microfiber cloth and work it in circles.

    For plastic or glass HL?

    I presume this is from the outside only and not inside the HL itself.

    Plastic.

    Almost no US vehicles have glass headlights, It's a DOT safety thing. You'll only see them in the square or round sealed beam headlights. Kinda like what's on owners jeeps. Other than that they are all plastic unless you sneak some euro stuff on your ride.

    wow, I never thought that toothpaste is the only answer for the yellow-fading plastic headlamps.

    I need to buy AQUAFRESH to start my DIY for my mothers isuzu XTRM headlights. thanks for this info.

    Did it this morning on my wife's car, 5 years in Guam is hell on headlights.
