my beef against blinking brake lights,
is that when used with filamented bulbs, the bulbs may not get to shine as brightly as intended, thus bringing to question safety issues.
and yes,
there are the legal issues... "... sustained bright red light..."
I don't like gimmicky lights. Aside from those blinking brake lights, I also do not like those turn signal lights na mukhang running LEDs. I'm not sure if those are aftermarket though. If they're from the car makers, do they think "running" signal lights improve safety?

May mga tao talagang mahilig mag over accessorize ng units nila. when I joined a car club on FB, members were asking to buy accessories like floor mats, mud guards, window visors, stepboard etc and look for those with the car model's name on it para mukha daw orig. I think the only ones who will criticize these are the people who know these are not orig, so it doesn't really matter.

Novsight is actually a decent brand. It's the people who don't know what they're buying who are in the wrong. Ask me how I know.
Like everybody else such as Philips, Osram, et al., they have products that are street-legal and those that are for off-road use only. But guess what people are chasing? Raw Lumens.
