i insist that the next insurance date of effectivity, goes well with the last date of effectivity of the outgoing insurance.
i bring the old policy, so's the new ones can do the correct dates.

Ng kumuha ako ng tpl sa cebuana, galing ako sa ibang insurance, nagbase sila sa plate no. ng car ko kung kelan ang last day at month na kelangan Kong mag renew ng car registration. Kumuha ako sa cebuana 3 weeks before.

Pwede po kaya na kukuha ako ng TPL sa Cebuana tapos magpapa renew ako the next day? Plano ko kasi sana mag advance renewal kasi busy na ako sa scheduled renewal date ko.

Also, pwede po ba kaya na magpapa emission test ka sa ibang city kung saan ka magpapa renew?

Puede naman. Dalhin mo lang or &cr mo pagkuha mo ng tpl sa cebuana.

as far as i know, puede.
they upload it in the internet.
ask them how early they do it, so that LTO can access it when you go there.

Sir, ito lang requirements nila... for as long as meron ka nyan di ka pwedeng hindi ma renew... also, i was able renew 2months in advance... hope it helps..

Also, hinahanapan po ba talaga ng TIN # pag mag renew? Salamat

LTO uses only basic colors.
all the various "types of red" are typed down on the paper as plain "red".
have xerox of your TIN, just in case. no big deal really, if you are a taxpayer.

btw, go at odd hours, i.e., past 3. that way, the crowd would already have thinned out.

My ORCR is dated Jan. 27, 2017. I decided to renew now (Dec 2019) kasi naka VL na ako. I went to Cebuana to buy TPL, 2 cebuana yung pinuntahan ko, nag e error pareho, magpa emission daw muna ako bago ako bumili sa kanila. The plate# is registered naman sa LTO, may reply pag nag txt ako sa 2600.

Dec. 20, i went to LTO, nagpa emission ako and after emission I went back to Cebuana, at yun pumasok na nga sa kanila, medyo natagalan lang kasi wala pa sa drop down nila yung car so pina add pa sa IT nila sa Head Office. Paid 650.00 compared to 1300+ sa LTO kung don ako kumuha.

Date nang TPL is based sa plate#, since 71 last 2 digits, date sa TPL is Feb. 1, 2020.

tpl from the convenient agents around the lto, is really more expensive than say, from the casa.

i also renew my lto, on installment basis. i go to the lto at odd hours, so's the crowd had already thinned out.
i get my insurances and emissions tests one day, and bring the car to the lto on another day, usually the next day.
i can do this, because the establishments are all within easy driving from the workplace.
