Tanong mo, saan ang mga SUV? Well, parang mestizo kasi ang SUV. Minsan pinapasok sa Private, minsan naman sa commercial. Pero kalimitan ay sa commercial/light pinapasok yun unless nirequest yan ng Insured.

Guys, here's my case. We got involved in a minor accident with another vehicle. No major damages, just scratches and dents on both vehicles. Sinubmit na namin sa insurance namin (BPI/MS) yung lahat ng requirements para ma-process yung pagpapaayos dun sa other vehicle. Question: covered ba yung pagpapaayos sa other vehicle ng TPL? May participation ba na dapat naming bayaran?

It's not covered by the ordinary CTPL but its covered if you have a comprehensive coverage with VTPL. You dont pay any participation for the repair of the 3rd party vehicle, but you need to pay the participation for the repair of your own vehicle..

1. Yes your TPL covers the repair of the other car up to policy limits.

2. Yes, your participation will be 2000 pesos for PC or 3000 for CV.

1. Wala kang kopya ng ctpl kasi nawala. It happens. So you call the dealer what insurance co. they used for the ctpl and request for a reprint of the policy. It is not a problem really.

2. To correct the details on your OR/CR you have 2 options.
a) do it yourself by going to the LTO for the necessary process.
b) pay a car registration assistance provider to do it for you.
