March 9th, 2010 11:28 AM #1Don't want to make a long rant but I would just like to share a few important tidbits on how stupid the people are in BPI MS.
What happened? My car hit a bus. Went to Tagaytay, hood flipped off to the windshield, wrecked both fenders, the driver-side door and slashed the left side mirror.
So about 2 months of bola-bola na, and this guy from BPI MS - Juancho Garcia has been fooling me since day 1. Pinapalabas na ang delay and problem are on Mazda Greenhills' part.
You might ask what's the problem, since normal sa insurance ang matagal na processing. Well, I followed the process. Been waiting for so long and only to find out that waiting for approval pa ang LOA for the replacement or repair of the left side mirror but the replacement of HOOD, FENDERS, repair of the ROOF and other expensive costs were approved. How stupid is that? They okay'd those but not the side mirror? Freakin stupid.
Better pa na nag-stick nalang ako sa UCPB. Kaso mom ko ang umaasikaso. Don't know how much is the diffrence between the two, but next time no more BPI. And to think that my mom is valued client of BPI.
I hope the authorities at BPI MS gets to read this and fire that stupid freakin Juancho Garcia who hasn't been taking both my calls and my mom's. Nobody is even picking up from their hotline.

anong kasalanan nun Juancho Garcia? if you want to blame anyone, then blame the signatories.
probably the side mirror can still be repaired.
kaya pala sabi mo sa other thread mo taong bahay ka at ikaw ang taga laba ng panty ng GF mo ngayon kasi wala ka kotse.

Nope sorry never had a problem with BPI/MS either. If anything I was impressed by how quickly they processed my claim.
Needless to say my money goes to them for the fourth year running.

September 10th, 2011 10:19 AM #7Ung fort k binangga ng lasing n driver ng owner type jeep wala pang headlights. Soon as the police report came out went directly to BPI/MS s Gamboa, Makati and had the damage assessed. Palitan ung front bumper at 2 mags and tyres, repair ung gasgas s stepboard. The following day, BPI/MS called pede k n daw dalin s Toyota North Ave. Siguro they were quick ksi the our insurance were to expire Oct or ksi sister ng girlfriend k ung ngprocess ng loan. Either way, they were quick and had no problems wit my asking 4 replacements so no reason not to renew. Anywhoo, goodluck on the TS sana msolve n worries m. Hav a good one.

Medyo di ko agad na gets yung "not James" kaya naghanap pa ko sa taas ng poster named James hehe.. Meron din nga pala ako BPI MS dati, and Yap, not James also, LOA was sufficient. Swerte nga BPI sakin, for 10 years comprehensive, I only made 1 claim with them.

they'll do the repair pag me LOA na. pero for releasing ng unit,
me policy yung ibang casa (like TYT plaridel) na approved
na yung payment or pirmado na yung tseke
bago i-release sa owner.
yan yung explanation ng BPI M/S pampanga. sa TYT marilao daw mairerelease yung unit kahit di pa signed yung cheque.
per malapit ako sa TYT Plaridel. sabi nila "cheque and release"
daw sa TYT Plaridel.Last edited by xwangbu; February 9th, 2014 at 09:25 PM.
When was the last time you changed them? If it's been a while, I suggest following your mechanic's...
