My officemate having similar transmission problems with his 1.5 year-old Hyundai Accent. CASA is refusing to fix it despite the transmission itself being subject to recall in the USA because he had one engine oil change done outside. Eh oil change lang naman yun which should have nothing at all to do with the transmission.

Pa dti mo. Tama yan. Oil change lang yun.
Although, baka sagutin nila na tampered yun drive train because of that.

Good day po sa ating lahat.. anyone po dito ang naka-experience ng pag-voluntary surrender ng vehicle sa bank especially sa Eastwest Bank. Paano po ang process ng pag-voluntry surrender, ilang weeks po ang process at anong documents po ang dapat ihahanda. direct to the point po na answer ang kailangan k po.. wala po akong balak ipa assumed balance or ibenta.. all i want is to voluntary surrender the vehicle.. salamat po sa sasagot

Go to the branch where you had your loan. You will be required to fillout some forms One of which ka deed of voluntary surrender. If the branch has parking, iwan mo na. They will also ask for an ID. Dont expect to get any cash value.

Realistically wala pa makaprocess nyan ngayon. Their office in pasong tamo, in charge of car loans and repossession had confirmed cases of covid last week.
