It can always be argued that it is no longer within your abilities. Yung pagbasa ng manual is a must for all car owners. Yung malaman mo kung defective yung jack hindi na. Ako nga nabalian na ako ng screw type jack e mekaniko pa ako (reason why i don't use them screw type jacks anymore). So how can I, an experienced wrench hand, see that the metal of the screw is flawed? How can anyone?

Sent them an email to reconsider my claim. Gave them the background of what happened since the report stated on the claim form I submitted is just a single sentence (not convincing I guess). Hopefully they reconsider.
