Ang binayad ko dati nasa P900+. Pero kasi yung notarization fee depends sa price ng car na nakalagay sa deed of sale. May fixed amount muna up to a certain value, then add P100+ per P100k. Di ko na tanda yung actual value. Pasensya na.

Question guys, I already sold my car with complete and clean papers. Now the buyer wants to sell that car as well but is asking a favor if I can make an open deed of sale, which I think means I'm still the recognized seller, since they have not registered the car under their name and I'm still the recognized owner. I think it makes it faster for them given that they do not need to register the car anymore. I would say no to this because there's a lot of things that can go wrong there, but I don't want to totally close the door and I'd like to hear your opinion or if you have experienced a similar situation. Thanks!

Your buyer can sell it with your deed of sale. Your buyer can make another deed of sale and the next buyer can transfer ownership by using the two documents.

Making an open deed of sale will only complicate the process as you have to cancel the original deed of sale. Worst is, there might have been an issue with the car and they want to get away with it. Be careful.

Yeah, reason given was so that they don't register the car under their name anymore when they sell it to another buyer. Kumbaga pinasa sa akin ang hassle to create another deed of sale, haha... and yes, what if may issue doon sa kotse, ako pa mananagot since ako yung recognized owner before the new buyer. still, i'd like to hear all points of view

No need for an open deed of sale for you... sila na ang dapat mag ayus nyan.

The reason that they gave you is not valid... maayos mo naman binigay yung papers so bakit iistirbohin ka pa?

Im already the 3rd owner im processing right now the transfer of ownership everything is going smoothly and already saw the or cr under my name however the chief officer marikina does not want to sign tje CR ksi expired na daw isa I.D nung first owner.. Problem ko po ngayon is nde ko ma contact ung first owner and ung pinag ilihan ko lagi busy ano po kaya maganda gawin dito? by the way my naglalakd po nung papers ko and un po ung sinabi skin kung bkit ayw i sign ng chief ung car..

question lang po.. nubg nag process po ako change of ownership una sinabi nila expired ung mga ids kaya ayaw pirmahan ng chief ng lto.. na fix ko na ung ids ngayon nung papapirmahan na ng nag aayos ng or cr ko sabi nman may mali sa deed of sale ksi ang nkalagay sa statement is ung vendee na nag sign eh sua umg vendor (which is my bad nde ko na check un bgo ko bilhin ang car) question lang po if i go to bpi para ipaayos ung deed of sale my bayad kaya yun knowing na sila ung mali sa pag gawa ng deed of sale??

question, ung or cr ng car asa name ko na pero ayaw pirmahan ng chief.. una sabi expired ung ids (by the way car is under bpi) so i was ablecto fix it and gave them the updated ids now ayaw pa din i sign ksi this time sinsabi my mali daw sa deed of sale ung vendee ngng vendor sa statement(whicj is my bad should have verified all the info before na bilhin ko ang car) pano kaya ggwin ko dito if ever nde maayos ng bpi ung deed of sale ksi not sure if andun pa mga employee 2012 pa ksi ung deed of sale...

Can I sell it to another person if I signed the deed of sale and haven't transferred the OR/CR to my name? Thanks!
