HELP: Ilang months before mahatak ang loaned car?

about po sa paghatak ng Bank, i have 1 month na delayed payment .. started paying since March 2014, however, August of this year 2017, i failed to pay for one mo.. pero consistent naman nahuhulugan ,, pero yung 1 mo until ,, hindi pa din na cover.. been receiving notices, but sobrang takot na takot po ako.. na hatakin.. thinking na nag balooon na interest.. sobrang stress na po ako,,, felt like may heavy sa heart ko..
sa BDO car loan po to Hyundai Accent. 2014, hahatakin pa din ba kahit nakakabayad ng succeeding mos. ?

A sir bali ganto po yung 1st year po ok nmn ung checks kaya narelease ung car ung succeeding years po wala na sila natatanggap. Pero aun nga po may pondo naman sya sa banko.

i got my car payment updated, so pag may default ka na 1 month, the bank will still reach out to you,
pag dedma mo cla, they will apply their scare tactics, in my case, i told them that i will update soon.
sorry for not answering calls coz went through tough times and could not handle mean callers.

so i guess, just try your best to settle your obligations pa din and really talk to them, and if you cant make it on the said promise date,
tell them ahead, its going to be tough, but your best ally is the collections officer handling your account.
I have one more year to complete my car loan, akin na talaga cya by the end of 2018.

Hi, good eve. i have a question lang sana regarding sa late payment..accent din kotse ko late na ako for 2 months pero magbabayad ako sa 4th of feb, kinakabahan ako baka hatakin nila yung car? sabi naman nung taga inbound collection after 3 consecutive months na walang payment saka nila ieendorde sa Legal dept..advise naman po..kasi plano ko month muna ang babayaran ko tapos after a few day yung remaining na late amount..may direct number ka ba ng collections department nila? thanks sorry sa madaming tanong

For me, ayaw ng bangko ng hatak na yan last recourse baga. Naranasan din namin dati na di nakabayad agad. What we did is pumunta lang sa loan department pa recompute ng delayed payments. Ayun ayos naman.
