After getting your release of chattel mortgage from the loan department. Do they give you a original copy of the cert. of reg. or just a colored scanned copy? I am referring to BPI bank, thanks!

it should be the original certificate of registration, colored yellow.

Original CR sakin. Tapos ipapa un-encumbered sa LTO kung saan pina rehistro. Pero patatak muna sa registry of deedsbefore going to LTO

Hi mga sir,

nakuha ko na yung orig papers ko at dinala ko na rin sa RD yung cancellation of mortgage at babalikan ko sa June 25 yung papel sa RD.

Question is pwede ba kahit saang branch na ng LTO dalin yung kotse para papalitan yung CR na wala nang encumbrance?

Computerized na kuno pero bakit ganun pa rin kailangan sa original branch ng LTO where the bank first registered the car.

Ano bang klaseng computerization yan?

nandon kasi yung physical record sa original LTO kung san na register.. kaya don ginagawa yung change of name / removal of encumberance..

pwede siguro mag request to get your records and transfer them to the LTO nearest you.

I know pero since computerized na dapat wala ng physical barrier hinde na kailangan puntahan at kunin sa baul yun records.

ganon talaga gobyerno.. ni co computerized lang nila yung ibang processed.. pero yung bulk manual pa din..
