Dissappointed ako kc nung naghahanap ako ng insurance eh mganda ang feedback ng Mapfre.

Hi guys!

How long bago lumabas yung OR? I got my SOA August 7. Paid thru the bank on August 8. Hangga ngayon wala pang OR. Worried lang ako kasi my current policy expires on the 31st and I have a trip coming up.

Ang tagal until now wala pa din yung claim ko. Sa mga gusto mag MAPFRE, 12 days na yung claim ko laging sinasabi for evaluation pa. Two weeks na yun as of this posting. May balak pa ata paabutin ng 3 weeks.

Sa akin maganda naman ang service nila, my Car was damage last 10 Aug 2016 ng gabi, tinamaan ng bato sa SLEX yung windshield. file ako the next day through their agent, kasama din natin dito sa tsikot yung nag assist. ny Saturday 13 August 2016 May LOA na. ngayon nasa casa na yung tsikot. nhiecah_nice29 siya po yung agent na nag assist.
