Was a problem for me before too. I made sure to have an agent assigned to me. All communication goes through the agent. Then you can request a soft-copy.

i am actually waiting for the court para dun ako mag settle sa debt ko. times 3 kasi ang interest na pinatong sa collection agency and mas better if sa court decision mangaling ang amount na bayaran ko since pwede installment and all i have to pay is yung actual utang ko. sa Collection Agency kasi - 3/4 na ang interest plus they want 1-3 months to pay lang. sa court pwede ako maka pay sa capability ko na monthly installment.

Is this the law? Just wanted to know kasi finorward ng Globe ang bill ko sa collection agency. Packing Globe did not even call or email me before doing so. I would have settled that 500 kesos

Globe once tried to bill me Php1.25 about 2 years after I terminated services from them, mas mahala pa yata yung bond paper at envelope, not to mention the salary of the courier. LOL! Di ko pinansin. Then last month PLDT billed me an additional Php46.04 one month after I terminated an internet contract, returned the modem and paid the balance. Di ko rin pinansin.

informed my agent na approved na ako,sabi niya nag wait nalang sha ng mga docs at submit ng requirements (nasa kanya na kasi lahat)..

ganyan sila sa psbank mabilis pa sa nag c. i. tumawag sa aking yung agent ko sa dealer na approved daw ako. the following day dumating yung mag ka conduct ng c. i doon sila nag interview. baliktad [emoji23].
tapos nag inquire ako sa family friend namin na manager ng psbank pero ibang branch, pina compute ko yung loan ko. nagulat ako na 52% ang interest sa financing ng dealer. tapos nag bigay sya ng offer sa akin na 20% interest bank p.o. yun ang kinuha ko.

Sa case niyo po, since kasal kayo ni ex husband i assume, siya po ang magiging by default na co maker niyo. I guess you have to talk to the ao assigned to u para po makasiguro kung bakit. I dont think magkakaproblema ka sis kung maayos naman credit standing niyo ni ex husband,. Nakakainip talaga mag antay sis pero lalabas din yan.

If you know how, it is actually easier to haggle the price if there is already a PO. Don’t limit yourself talking to single dealer or sales agent.

Question po. Yung nanay ko, who earns 40K+ a month wants to apply for a bank auto loan. She made my OFW sister as her co-borrower. My sister has been working abroad for 2 years now, but her remittances are not regular, kasi magpapdala lang siya only if my mom asks her to (hindi naman kailangan kung baga).

Now the bank wants us to provide a bank statement ng sister ko. Will her monthly salary bank statement suffice? O kailangan talaga 6 months continuous remittance? Kasi kung kailangan nila is yung 6 months continues remittance, wala kami maipapakita, dahil magsstart palang mag remit yung sister ko ONCE approved na sa loan at kailangan na kami magbayad monthly.

If anyone here works for a bank, I hope you could answer my inquiry.

Im not from the bank sir pero i think you can clarify the bank statement requirment nila... is it bank statement ng sis mo sa pinas or sa abroad... or better ask them if yung salary certificate nya sa current employer nya would be enough na... and let them know the remittance situation ng sis mo to your mom...

Pag ofw naman nag aapply, need nila yun g salary certificate ng current employer nila...
