July 24th, 2016 11:59 PM #1Ma'am/Sir,
Good PM,

Your insurance company should take care of it. You only need to sign the release papers and drive your car out of the casa.

July 25th, 2016 12:20 AM #3Thank you for your reply sir. So I'll just get my car next week and no need to contact the other party for the participation fee? Their insurance will take care of it, right?

I suggest you talk to the insurance incharge at the casa to confirm that everything will be shouldered by the other party to be sure.

July 25th, 2016 12:55 AM #6I am just worried if I'll be the one to collect it from other party or their insurance will be the one to settle it.

It sounds like the agreement to collect the participation fee is not well explained. Is your insurance company aware that the other party will answer for your participation fee? If so, then you are safe. If not, chances are you pay first then collect.

July 25th, 2016 01:13 AM #8Actually, it's their insurance not mine. I just submitted all requirements to other party and they are the one who submitted it to their insurance. What I deed is make some follow up with them until my car has the schedule for repair at casa.

Wala po participation fee for third party claim. Wala po kayo dapat bayaran.

Thanks in advance po
Weld preparation is poor. The WPS should have clearly specified what's to be done. Given that...
