ay ambot! pag labas pa lang nyan sa casa, may depreciation na yan hehe... pero kung total wreck, there's a good chance na mapalitan yan ng unit. goodluck.

^^kung ano yung amount na insured mo sa own damage (insurable interest), yun ang ibabalik sayo pag declared na total wreck...hindi new unit ang ibibigay sayo..

yung depreciation pag di total wreck and there are parts to be replaced lang...

They will only give you what is covered, minus participation. Probably around 75-80% the worth of a new car only.

Usually may depreciation expense na yan, especially since mga half a year na siya. 5%-10% na yan. But everything is negotiable naman.

Sana mababa lang yung depreciation kasi first 5k yung participation sana makuha namin yung total amount nung fiesta less 5k nalang. ganun kasi pagkakaintindi namin

Ang babayad sa yo fair market value, which is less than your purchase price usually. Kung nabangga siya na 1 week or 1 month old siguro may laban ka for straight replacement.

Ang siste diyan they will lowball you on the first offer. Decline it and be ready with a fair market value price that you are comfortable with.

About participation fee, some insurance company(my insurance have this policy) offered no participation fee if your car is less than 3 years old.
