July 23rd, 2017 06:10 AM #1Nagclaim ako sa bank insurance ko for my bumper and meron xa scratches since pinaquote ko xa na lampas sa participation I decided to claim nalng.
My process went 2 months to get approved..
Ask ko lang ung pinalitan na bumper d ba ibibigay yn sa akin or can I take it home? or need talaga kukunin ng bank daw sabi ng casa!

September 8th, 2017 07:52 PM #2My windshield was replaced after 3 mos 1 wk. Buti indi naman nabasag pa. Nadelay ang inspector gawa nang health prob nang insurance mngr. Nang dumating ang estimate nang bpi, sobra baba. Expected naman at mataas naman quote sa casa. Problema sagad kaya nagpadala uli casa new estimate mga 4k+ dagdag sa bpi est. Doon na naman tumagal at tagal magreply bpi. Nakipag arrange nalang ako sa casa, pinagawa ko na at ako na sasagot sa kulang at kung dumating man bago estimate from bpi, kaltas nalang sa sinagot ko na kulang. Kung indi ko pa ginawa ito more than 3 mos sigurado. Buti kilala na ako doon sa casa kaya pumayag na ilabas after magawa ang sasakyan. Sa iba daw aantayin pa ang payment sa insurance bago ilabas at dito tagal din daw magbayad bpi. Nang dumating approved estimate from bpi, bale kulang nalang 1k. Bale 2k participation plus 1k yon lahat binayaran ko. Ang salamin nasa 15 or 16k pag sa labas indi pa kasama labor, gasket at sealant. Sabi nang casa talagang problemado sila sa bpi at sobrang barat at matagal nga. Recommended nla ang in-house nila. Next year lipat nalang ako sa in-house... Good luck sa mga waiting pa.

been waiting for my LOA and its 8 working days na from the original promise of 2 to 3 days. As I feared, matagal din pala sila mag assess and negotiate with dealers on the repairs. Im fearing it will be a looooong kulitan from my side with BPI MS and the dealer haaay
sent a feedback on their homepage regarding my concerns. Im hoping someone would listen from the corporate office.

I got lucky, they made an error during the time i was dealing with them.
After a year, When they noticed that there was an error on their part, they made a call and ask me if i am willing to pay the whole amount, but they are not forcing me since it was their fault.
The difference, according to the person i talked to, if i did not pay will be charged to her, who made the wrong computation.
To cut the story short, i paid the difference, so she will not be charged. [emoji3]

Bank offers “free 1st year comprehensive insurance”
Kinuha ko naman, prior it getting expired they sent me a notification of the yearly premium for the coming years since locked in nga.
Hindi lang bawi yung free, kumita pa sila.
Only way out is to pay the “free”
No choice binayaran ko na lang and endorsed my preferred insurance.
