Yes, all fuels are now unleaded!
"Unleaded fuels carry a RON (Research Octane Number) rating. Put simply, RON determines petrol's 'anti-knock' quality or resistance to pre-ignition; or if you want to put in another way, the Octane Number denotes its resistance to detonation."Aug 23, 2008

For everyday use. Kung ano yun pinaka mura, “unleaded” which is naging generic term na ng cheapest gasoline sa gas station.
Pag nag out of town and higher chance na meron mahahabang long stretches na mabilis ang takbo. That’s the time na nagpapakarga ako nun highest RON rating na available sa gas station.
i fill up before goin' on a long trip.
ayaw kong magpa-gaso sa province.
i don't trust the quality of the gas stations there.
Only if your engine requires it. However, if you’re driving a low performance subcompact or compact with a small output engine, I guess you are better off with the 91RON.
My turbo rides requires 95RON minimum so I use XCS (fleet card so it’s free) or SeaOil Xtreme97 (2 pesos cheaper).

Blaze has actually less power than 91 octane because it is less dense BUT it is needed by high compression high power engines because the lower density prevents premature fuel detonation in the cylinders. High compression engines develop more power but at the risk of pre spark detonation if fuel mix is too rich. Using Blaze leans out the mixture a bit.
Engine ECUs are smart enough to detect engine knock due to fuel type and advance or retard the spark timing as needed. But you will lose power.

Ayan oh, sabi ni EQ. If you don’t have a high compression engine that requires high octane fuel, there will be no gains using Blaze100.

Is the Forester's fb20 a high compression engine?

The FB20B is not considered high compression, usual 10:1. The newer FB20D on the new XV/Impreza has a higher compression ratio but still not higher than the FA20 (NA for BRZ and turbo for WRX/FXT), around 12.5-13:10.
Mazda’s SkyActiv gas engines have higher compression ratio, around 13-14:10.
