Tried both with my sportivo. Petron Turbo diesel is better. Faster response, smoother idle and lesser black smoke during accelleration. Dati shell nilalagay ko kasi mas convenient para sa akin along the way lang. Tapos one day nagpakarga ako sa isang petron malayo sa amin (hindi pa turbo diesel yon) pagtapak ko ng pedal dama agad ang difference. Akala ko pare-pareho lang ang diesel e. Kaya tuloy magpapakarga lang ako ng diesel dinadayo ko pa petron kasi nga mas ok e lalo na ngayon na try ko na yung Turbo diesel nila. Kanina i tried the shell v power diesel kasi nga along the way lang saka kakapagod din dayuin ang petron pero i'm not satisfied with it kahit may libre pang tire black and some items.

Worth yung 5 pesos difference ng Petron Turbo Diesel sa Petron Diesel Max,
Than 2 pesos difference ng Shell V-Power Diesel sa Shell Diesel Ultra?

September 28th, 2010 04:54 AM #7guys, i've tried both v-power diesel and petron turbo diesel.ive noticed noon pa na mas smooth ang andar ng engine ko with petron kht wla pa ung turbo diesel nla..b4 im using '02 xwind.dun plng noticed ko na na mas smooth ung idling with petron compared to shell.pati sa hatak smooth din xa.but im using shell engine oils..kso magaralgal engine ko pg shell diesel gamit ko..den now im using global dmax,gnun din na-noticed ko with regular diesel ng shell at petron.and then nung nlabas na ng petron ung turbo diesel nla,cnubukan ko.mas lumakas hatak at smoother lalo ung engine.d ako nhhrapan umarangkada with petron TD.ntry ko din v-power ng shell but same result as regular diesel nla,mgaralgal din sa engine ko..kht mas mhal ng 2-3 pesos ung petron TD kesa sa regular diesel e sulit nmn ako and i get better mileage with petron TD kht panay ang hataw ko sa slex..gnun din gamit ko oil sa dmax ko,im using shell semi-synthetic diesel oil.d ko lam kng bkt mas mlakas consumption ko with shell diesel unlyk with petron..ska d ko tlga kc gs2 idling ng engine ko pg shell diesel gamit ko.

It is repairable. But as oj88 mentioned, it is messy (when repaired) and best used as a last resort.
