My 2 cents on the matter though to those who had bad experience with Petron Turbodiesel was your car's engine EURO 4 certified?
It's not a matter of certification in this case. Euro ratings for the most part are supposed to be backwards compatible. I don't see it as a lubricity issue with lessening sulphur content of diesel. We are talking about all turbo crdi engines. It's not analogous to like using unleaded fuel for old gasoline engines which will erode valve seats.

Sir Boy kamusta? Long time no see. How is the Grand Starex?

Re: Shell vs Petron premium diesels, I feel less shake on my Euro 3 engine with Shell ever since Euro 4 was rolled out.

Turbos don't run better on Petron Turbo Diesel.

Both VPD and TD have the same base fuel as FuelSave and DieselMax, just with more detergents in their additives.

Personally the additives are not worth an extra 3 pesos per liter, but if your gas is free or you just feel like making the petroleum companies richer, then go ahead and buy the more expensive diesel.

Used to be a suki of Vpower. But with fuel prices and traffic nowadays, I feel like the marginal improvement in performance isn't worth the price difference.
