I love there so called test. Notice they don't name the tester or the university of course.
Fake test lame test procedures. No real data print outs, why is that always? No rpms for emission test ect, ect, ect.
1. Stay idle for 60 sec.
2. Accelerate until 3000rpm
3. Keep driving for 10 sec.
4. repeat 1-3 for 10 minutes.
5. collect data.
Notice what's missing in all the pics, How about the actual product lol. You can be assured that those photos have nothing to do with the evaluation of that product. No university would waste time an money on something like that. Nor would they put out such results to prove a scientific point.
This is from the same people that made the NEOMAGIC. Because that's about the only way this is going to work Magic
The surface-active action produced by this device makes petroleum molecules smaller,
which expands the total surface of the molecules necessary for their oxygen bonds

I hope not, because that is a pretty bad sells tactic, If you already know a product is a scam why keep asking about it? Especially on a forum like this were it's going to be shown to be another piece of junk like all the rest of these products. Heck even there claimed international patent number is fake.
