finally, got a km/L count for the pajero. about 7.1km/L, city driving only. di ko siya nalalabas on long drives, mukhang slick tires na yung gulong eh. heheh.
10 km/L - Mazda 323 '95
7 km/L - Vanette '98
petron unleaded, city driving
infiniti fx 3.5 v6 mostly city driving
14 mpG = 5.95 kmL acc to computer. sinungaling!
i havent verified but it should be 16 mpG = 6.8 kmL.
97 Trooper 7-9km/li...
99 Strada 9-11km/li
pag si misis ang nag-dri-drive add 2 km to the liter...he..he
Grabe 7.5 pa rin ang aking 1.6L City driving. Baba yata! Makapag-pakabit na nga ng Khaos! :D
ako naman 8 liters per kilometer. sa 1.6 lancer itlog GLXi. Bleah sagwa!
arrggghhhhh! 2004 hyundai starex GRX M/T is only 6.08 km/l
how i got the computation:
step 1: nag pa full tank ako up to the brim or where i can see the level of the gasoline (ah, pre vat effectivity panic reaction, har har har)
step 2: reset the trip meter to zero
step 3: normal driving around the city. when i reached 137 km or about 3/4, i decided to fill up again
step 4: did step 1 again. 22.5 liters were filled in
step 5: did the computation by using this formula -- 137/22.5. i got 6.08, hu hu hu hu![]()
tama ba ang methodology ko or should i have waited until 1/4 nalang ang naiwan sa tanke?
gasoline used for both refills: shell unleaded
diba pareho lang yun; you consume 3/4 of gas you leave 1/4 left in the tank? But that is quite high for a CRDi diesel. might be your driving style. Change your city driving style and you might get it to around 7.5-8.5km/L.Originally Posted by 111prez
shell unleaded? Then it's a Gasoline powered Starex?
Whether it's gas or diesel, it's entirely believable. I've talked to Starex owners who've complained mightily about its propensity for guzzling fuel in traffic.
I don't know about the new CRDi, though...
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
