The announcements for the fuel price rollbacks came after militant transport groups Pasang Masda and Pinagkaisang Samahan ng Tsuper at Operator Nationwide (Piston) staged a protest caravan in Makati City to demand a rollback in diesel prices to P26 per liter.

Yup, but then they did not roll back the last few weeks, kaya tabla lang rin ang presyo nila with the other oil companies. Playing catch up lang sila, bale.

The P7 rollback is for gas. P2 lang yata for diesel, kaya diesel nila will be P 30.98/li after the rollback, which is what other oil companies are already offering since last week pa.

Shell will cut diesel and kerosene by P0.50/L. The wierd thing is gas will go up by P0.75/L and E-10 by P1/L... What's going on?

Good news for diesel users. The Shell price of diesel in Novaliches/Fairview areas by tomorrow would be P25.20 only. And, if I'd apply my Shell-Citibank, the net price would be P23.94.
