Here's the guy who proves Daniel Dingle's claims made over 30 years ago were not a hoax. Never mind if they might not even have known each other. The issues here are the validity of the technology and the credibility of Filipinos as pioneering inventors.

AFAIK, Dingle was offered a hefty price by German venture capitalists,
but he declined because he wanted the benefits to go to Filipinos.
I just dunno what happened next. Maybe you do.
