hi abetg! Pls. do message me for the details of the charges. As respect to my fellow friends in the industry I won't post any pricing here in the thread.
as for the conversion, it actually depends on the placing of your bayonet type filler. If it was placed in a cramped space we would definitely have to look for another area to put it in. But if space is appropriate, we could do it for 1-1.5 hours MAX it could be faster! Cheers!

(aanhin ko pa iyun korean filler?)

tulad din sa kotse natin, pag may problema iyun specific parts at kailangan ng recall, obilgado iyun car dealership palitan iyun parts sira man o hindi...
hi chuaed! I do agree with your opinion but we do have to consider the Korean kit distributors as well. Actually bayonet type fillers are very safe as well. There are other kinds of filler valves besides bayonet (Korean) and Italian. Its just that I think the DOE "wanted the easy way out" in dealing with control and regulations of LPG refilling. Plus the circular came out without any warning or timeline for the industry players to adjust. still the same old Governement way of doing things. Hello fellow lpg users,
I had a weird electrical glitch yesterday on my way back to manila from clark, not sure if this have any connection with my lpg wirings etc. i have no electrical problems with the car.
from work i drive to nlex back to manila, made a stop over at caltex para magpahangin ng gulong, switch off my engine, after filling up my tires (less than 5 minutes) the car would not start, no lights on the dash, totally dead na parang diskargado ang baterya. i ask the attendant to push the car to the side.
i remove the battery and connected again, normally the alarm will beep one time pero this time parang paos yung tunog ng beep ng alarm. try to start wala talaga. removed/reconnected the relays sa engine bay ayaw pa din.
then i tapped the dash board underneath the steering wheel, after few minutes tried again and bumalik na ulit, nag start yung kotse na parang walang problema. not really sure what cause the electrical glitch. may naka experience na ba sa inyo ng ganito? hanggang sa makauwi ako ng las pinas wala naman akong naging problema. very weird, my first time to encounter this problem.

Some stations still have both Korean filler and the Euro filler.

Total Gas station in North Fairview has both hose filler with no conversion attachment needed.

Something similar happened to me before but it was caused by a loose battery terminal. Simply tapping it solved the problem on the spot. When I arrived at the destination, I re-tightened the terminal connectors' bolts.

I already predicted such a move will have to happen (just a matter of time) because having two auto-lpg refueling systems is like having the old betamax vs VHS format war. It doesn't serve the public's general good to have two different refueling standards. And the adapters used were a safety hazard as well.

It is unfortunate to be the one on the losing side. At least the cost is relatively small although the hassle of having it done (and time lost) is still there.

In my case, I already had my NAIADSS LPG refilling valve replaced by the Italian style valve two months ago.

Question for those having Korean kits: Does your kit have this kind of filter installed?

※ Model : H1600
※ Feature & Options
- The filter is fitted between the Vaporizer and the Injector.
- It holds back any solid, oily or other impurities in LPG that
may compromise the efficiency of the injectors in time.

Not exactly that but there is a "filter" installed between the vaporizer and injectors on the cars with SGI systems we have. Not sure if it's the same thing but our Honda City (the car earliest converted to SGI-LPG and the most heavily used car we have) seems to have some engine issues with LPG injector oil contamination even if it already has a filter installed.

I already change filling station which is Total North Fairview relatively very new station and my oil contamination seems eradicated already, in any case, is it safe for the rail to be clean by injecting through the inlet like a spray fuel injector cleaner or carb cleaner?

Currently changing Auto-LPG filling stations is the only way to minimize oil contamination problem.

Not sure if it's safe to do that.

Thank you GH, I will be at GreenFuel this week, they schedule my kit for BFC rail upgrade. I will just ask them about the DIY rail cleaning if this is possible.

Does this require maintenance by the car owner?

This is replaceable and disposable. Filter usually last 4OK Kms.

Hi guys,

They say that oil changes are less frequent with LPG users. So if on gasoline we change every 5000km, what would be our frequency sa lpg?
