I'd go with the Exalta. But that's just my personal preference. It's like a baby Cefiro already. Just make sure all the toys are working (esp. the sunroof and climate control).
The GA16 engines on Exaltas are tough and just keep on tickin'. Timing chain means no more timing belt worries. The transmissions are pretty robust, too.
Just take which one you like. Even if you end up with a '65 Mercedes, as long as you love it, you can live with it.
