Bros and sis, need your respective opinions, can you rank these three choices. Narrowed it down to these three only.

    Factors to be considered include:
    1. Reliability (will use it min 5yrs)
    2. Cost of maintenance (parts, services, fuel consumption)
    3. Functionality
    4. Ride comfort and handling
    5. Toys and gadgets

Just give overall ranking for the three and why.
    Would appreciate your opinions.

    Thanks.

Wala pa ako nadrive sa mga yan eh. Ehehe!

Pero on your criteria, Montero eh.

Syempre its a no brainer, santa fe - the best pickup hehehe

Seriously, mitsubishi yung pasok sa reliability, functionality and comfort. Not sure sa cost ng pms nyan. Yung TOTL(gtv) comes with decent toys na din.

2 would be Trailblazer. PMS is every 10k kms and you don't have to bring it to the dealer for the 1st 1k kms. 5, all have nice toys. The Trail has hill descent control, panic brake assist, electronic stability and traction control, and cornering brake control. SF on the other hand has all of the safety features of the Trail except the cornering brake control and panic brake assist. It also has push start ignition and smart key. The Monty on the other hand has a DVD/GPS HU with integrated MID, and paddle shifters. All of the 3 have cruise control. Comfort is a toss up between the Trail and the SF because both have a 5-link rear suspension with coil springs

If you're talking about the 3rd Gen SF, the ride is really good.. Handling is far better than the previous gen due to its ESP and traction control... FC is better... For city driving, I will still choose the SF over the Montero and Trailblazer ...

trailblazer, montero, sta fe are my ranking. trailblazer and montero dahil sa lubak lubak na kalsada natin at madalas na baha. pasok din naman lahat sa requirements. basta dont get sta fe from HARI.

    Good inputs and feedback.

Ibahin ko ng konti tanong ko... if you have P1.8M now and choosing ONLY between these three choices, would you choose
Montero 4x4 or Santa Fe 4x2 or Chevrolet Trailblazer 4x4

For me, any of these three is a good buy. Just need to consider all opinions you might have on this, in case meron akong di pa na-consider in choosing between these three.

    Thanks again.

For me SF, kse tangke i-drive yun dalwa eh, i dont like pickup based bodies.

Yun sa Mitsubishi forum, kaya ko lang naman minarket ng husto yun Montero non-VGT para bilhin ng bilhin ng masang madla and therefore ma-umay na tao sa Montero.

At least us SF users are rare therefore, may market value pa, over the oversupplied Montero.

For 1.8M, eto tanong ko for the TS? Do you really need a 4x4 on your daily drive? Kasi sa 1.8M top of line na ang mabibili mo sa Trailblazer at Montero which both have a 4x4 system. Whereas the SF 4x2 A/T lang.

I'm not sure if the trailblazer and Montero have ESP.. Pero sa SF mayroon and it really helps.. Nasubukan ko kahapon sa SLEX.. Mas stable siya on a high speed compared to my previous 2nd Gen pre-FL SF..

If you choose the 4X2 SF only, pwede na ang HARI... I opted to get a 4x2 instead a 4x4 even if I can afford it because of the price difference.... Naging practical ako... Almost 450K ang difference.. Yung mga added features naman pwede naman wala.. For some ang reason nila better nandyan kaysa wala... For me, personal choice ko lang.. Example, SUN ROOF, my other car has a SUN ROOF, mag 2 years na at hindi ko pa nagagamit... Eto pa, the other day, may isang SONATA na nasa CASA, basag ang SUN ROOF, nahulugan daw ng BUKO.. tsk tsk.. malas... I love the features of the KDM, kaso ang sablay talaga yung LCD cluster nya sa dash board, KOREAN and not ENGLISH, kung ok lang sa iyo yan, then go get the KDM version.. Kaso ako hindi ko ma take... Lastly, yung FC ng SF malaki ang improvement, from my previous 7 KM/L, naging 9.5KM/L for my usual route.

Grabeng sambakol ng malas naman nun, nahulugan ng buko right dead center sa sunroof glass

Pero grabe nakakatawa to ah, buy a 1.5M car, buko lang ang katapat lol

for 1.8M, I'd rather get a KIA Sorento. Pareho lang naman yan ng SF (i know na 3 lang ang choices mo though).
