Yes, mas supple ang ride ng Altis. Medyo jittery yung sa Vios pero tolerable naman, mine's 14 inchers riding on a 65 series tires pa. I think the Altis G will cream the Vios S with its 17" 45 series wheel and tire combo and slightly better than the Vios G.

Never driven an Altis nor a Vios pero nakasakay na ako same 2004 model private car. sa likod ako nakasakay. (lugi naman kasi kung ic-compare ko sa vios na taxi yung nasakyan kong altis hehe)
Sa Altis:
- well feeling ko luxury car rin hehe
- got a bigger car feel
- parang mas nalambutan ako sa seats nung Altis hehe
- malakas talaga ang engine lalo na nung hinarurot nung kaibigan ko hehe
Sa Vios:
- mas stiffer ang feel sa shocks sa likod (or baka sa upuan I don't know)
- smaller and lighter car

i own a 2006 vios.. 1.3e medyo masikip ang likod sa unahan ayos lang.. medyo matagtag nga lang.. sa altis di ko pa alam

no doubt Altis yan.. pero if you need to sit more than 5.. then Avanza.

p_borj, on the contrary, mas malambot ang shocks ng Vios lalo yung gen2. notice that with 5 passengers, lubog na ang butt ng Vios, wala pang luggage yun.

talaga? always thought compliant lang ang shocks nya pero di ganun kalambot.

altis na yata ang may pinaka comfortable ride quality.
ok rin ba ride quality ng hyundai tucson? di siya bouncy thinking it's a compact SUV?
Puwede i try, 1. Palit air filter 2. Linis throttle body 3. Linis MAF sensor 4. Check spark...
high idle RPM at engine start
