alin ba talaga ang maganda , nalito ako pagkatapos ko basahin ito Isuzu MU-X Review | 2014 LS-M, LS-U, LS-T Wagon Page 1 of 2 | The Motor Report
Ibang engine naman kasi ang gamit dyan... Frankly I dont find the review 100 percent truthfull
both good vehicles
different engine
isuzu will use their old trusted engine... but it is tweaked. good side- abundant spare parts and mechanical know how to those who dont want to follow the pms(i strictly follow the pms- IT PAYS, DURING CLAIMING OF WARRANTIES)
chevy all new engine BAD SIDE availability of spare parts and lack of technical know how of your suking mechanic- but would you sacrifice a PhP 1.8 m to a mechanic?
platform- is the same(chevy shared it's design to isuzu since isuzu did the same back then- aussie design boys and girls?) even to the shock and under pinning(gen. contractor- remember, vehicles might have different brand but almost all have a gen contractor for parts)- hence I am wondering why they said the mu x is softer.
4x2 mid- mu x hands down- due to the added e toys
4x4 totl tbz- due to it's safety tech that is not available to others(except to premium full size luxury vehicles)
tbz owner here.
point to consider:
- are you capable of driving a powerful engine? - tbz- engine is too powerful that it would need at least 2 - 3 second to break(4x2 only but not the 4x4)would you tow something? or do you always traverse a muddy road?- if the answer is yes, you definitely would love the tbz but if the answer is no the isuzu mu x would suit you
- are you capable of maneuvering a mid size suv? - just stay in one lane, and don't be an aggressive driver, your good to go(traffic situation- heavy)
- do you need a big vehicle?(for family etc...) but if you have a really big family the tbz or mu x would not cut it get a van.
what is your purpose in buying a midsize suv?
will definitely get the mu x, when it normalized- same thing i did with the tbz hell no to d.i. hell no to add on s'
Tb 4x4 2.8 owner here.. Purpose 1. Family suv.. And 2nd for fun..... Pang trail... Muddy roads, river crossing.. Rock crawling... And in style...
Tow yes.. Fellow 4x4 who got trap in mud... Pwede din For bus.... Delivery of 1-2 ton genset with trailer..
they are the biggest of the mid size suv. if we compare it to our suburban yes 2012 suburban is bigger, compare it with our traverse 2010 hell yes bigger and much more comfy inside- tbz is a bit cramp iniside- but that's just me.- but i wont ford floods using those full size suv 's.
almost same size as the explorer(katabi ng tbz sa garage) and prado- tbz a little small but only a little.
rfb tbz- good reviews and this is built for tropical climate.
rfb future isuzu- kasi buhay pa hanggang ngayon ang pinaka una namin suv 1991 trooper(cheaper than the pajero back then), sana ganun pa din katindi ang isuzu
The MU-X, so far, seems to have more space than the Trailblazer. The seat-backs themselves seem thinner, which helps give extra legroom.
Will confirm this tomorrow with a visit to the Chevrolet dealership.
-
And both have a lot more space than the competition. The Fort's 3rd row is very tight in comparison. The Montero's second row is much narrower (due to the intrusive wheel-wells) and the third row sucks. The Everest has a longer wheelbase, but the seats are too low to the floor, and the third row is on the floor.
So far, looks like the MU-X is the biggest in the class on the inside. The third row actually feels like it has the same space as the Grand Santa Fe... will have to compare that tomorrow, too.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
Sa experience ko sa thrice na showroom visit (MU-X) and actual riding experience (TBZ) is yung 3rd row kapag 5'10" (my height) and above ang height mo, kailangan i-shoot yung paa mo sa butas ng 2nd row seat para maging comfortable ka. Then para sa 2nd row naman, i find the TBZ the biggest in its class kasi nakaka-dekwatro pa ako unlike sa Monty and Fort. Personal experience ko lang based on 2nd row space, TBZ>MU-X>Fort>Monty (never tried the everest yet kaya hindi ko alam kung saan ilalagay) (also i'm not a chevy SA hehehe)
Medyo comfy naman maski hindi ipasok under the seat. Baka naka-adjust lang yung 2nd row namin sa innova kaya ganun yung experience ko.
