    HYUNDAI ACCENT

    very practical and economical.

    torque,horsepower,fuel economy.

diesel engine but runs better than gasoline-fed cars.

try to compare it from other cars.do test drive for u to compare.

i think 20km, per liter. ganun siya ka economical.

ano po yung PMS? sorry, wala ako masyadong idea pagdating sa mga ganitong bagay. planning to buy a brand new car as well and same with the one who started this thread, i'm choosing between vios 1.5G and city 1.3S. pero ako, parang i'm leaning towards vios na. halos same lang ang price nila pero kung icocompare mo ang specs, mas ok ang features ng vios 1.5 kesa sa city 1.3. diba guys?

    From http://www.toyotabalintawak.com/cont...s/periodic.jsp :

Steps on how to undergo the PERIODIC MAINTENANCE SERVICE:
    • Bring your vehicle and warranty booklet or registration to Toyota Balintawak - Main and/or Toyota Balintawak - North - Service Department's FAB Section (located in front of the facilities).
    • Look for any of the assigned FAB Service Advisors.
    • Present your vehicle and warranty booklet to the attending Service Advisor. Our Service Staff will fix the maintenance requirements for you while you wait for your vehicle at our convenient lounges.
    From http://autom.i.ph/blogs/autom/?p=6 :

Our Kia Carens is already four months old and has logged more than 5,000 kilometers. It is now due for the Periodic Maintenance Service (PMS). A vehicle is required to change its engine oil and replace the oil filter at a certain period or distance it traveled. Generally, it is every three months or 5,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. This requirement varies depending on the type of the engine. Owners of brand new cars must adhere to this requirement during the warranty period in order not to void the car’s warranty. For the Kia Carens, this requirement must be done every 5,000 kms. for diesel engine or 7,500 kms. for gas engine.

10km ng vios is P2950, my santa fe is also less than 3K on 10KPMS. now i average 3,700 every 6 months sa casa pa yan. Casa recommends 3 months pero dalwa car ko eh so six months

konti lang pala difference sa vios

Vios. The Aveo is a no-brainer here. Very low resale value, very expensive maintenance and the worst of all, FC sucks.

Naku wag Aveo (pagawa at design ng Daewoo ito!). And think carefully about maintenance together with fuel economy and initial price of the car. May kamahalan yan i-maintain in the long run (unlike Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Kia and Hyundai).

As a passenger, compared to the City, I prefer the Vios (thus makes a perfect taxi. ) Comfortable at good space/seating. Your family will appreciate it.

As a driver I prefer the Honda cars (City or Jazz). You will notice the Vios placement in the center dashboard of the instrument panel. Parang Jeep di ba?

Vios or City ok sa purpose mo.
