Iba pag Japan! Compare a 10 year old Hi-lux to a 10 year old Korean made, same kilometer reading. Mas mahal pa ang parts of Korean made vehicles kaysa Toyota.

Fortuner na. Toyota e. kahit made in Thailand iyan, may quality inspection pa rin yan ng toyota. gas variant naman iyan at walang problema. Kahit yung diesel ngayon okay na sabi ng mga friends ko. Tucson, medyo malayo sa category pero improved na rin ang Korean mades ngayon pero they still have much to catch up with the Japanese brands.

Well... in the case... get the Rav4! The interior alone is worth the premium price. But at this price range, I'd also take a look at the Outlander GLS 2.4 AWD. It has more kit than the Rav4 (kick arse ICE, AWD, etc.) and is a better buy IMO.

The Tucson is a decent enough vehicle for its price.

    The Carnival is ok too.

thanks talaga sa inputs guys... after much consideration, my bro is leaning towards the Rav4, but is also intrigued with the Carnival. Test drives are in order next week... inform ko na lang kayo kung ano ang final choice. thanks!
