liit yung paddle shifters niya, didn't even noticed it till i remembered your post about it. anyway get one now since people are lining up to buy one already, won't be surprised if in the next few weeks honda takes advantage of the situation and require in-house finance and all that other crap toyota pulled with the 86 and ford with the explorer.

March 9th, 2015 03:54 PM #2The new odyssey looks ***y, my parents have the '13 version. it kinda lost some features from the previous one but also gained new ones. I noticed that it is now missing the button on the hatch to close it automatically, cargo space behind the 3rd row is a bit smaller, leg space on the second row also got a bit shorter. The new addition were the second row lcd tv(my cousin's Odyssey in the US has this, but ours didn't), captain seats and paddle shifters. With the shorter and smaller profile, it makes it the perfect family car. I actually won't mind having this as my daily drive, if only I can afford one.

March 10th, 2015 10:26 AM #3Almost the perfect car except for the ground clearance. The ground clearance of Toyota Alphard is a bit higher than that of the 2015 JDM Honda Odyssey. Maybe the ground clearance can be increased by replacing the rims and tires?
Toyota Innova is still the best option for convenience and practicality. The Toyota Alphard is a more luxurious version but for 3.2M+ it's too much. How about the Volkswagen Touran?

Along Commonwealth, I saw the latest Honda Odyssey, the new Kia Grand Carnival and the new Toyota Alphard.
The most beautiful for me is the Alphard. I love the overall design from the front to the back, it's so luxurious. I never thought that I would like it when I first saw it in pictures especially the grille. Even though I've seen it a lot of times on the road, it never fails to wow me.
Following the Alphard is the Kia Grand Carnival. I never liked the design of the previous Carnival but this one is really different. Truly grand, a head turner and very pleasing to the eyes. It has an imposing stance, looks so sleek. It's plain gorgeous overall.
Last for me is the Odyssey. Before I thought it was beautiful but after seeing the other 2, its exterior design suddenly became the least appealing.

May 8th, 2015 10:20 PM #11I'll get the Odyssey over the Starex, in my own opinion I think the alphard is worth every penny especially when you're driven in it., Toyota PH should have brought in the Alphard royal lounge for better amenities hehe
