    Hello,

Just want to ask for help and opinions in choosing the right vehicle for our budget and needs.
We are planning on buying a vehicle, here are the factors that we are considering:

    - Reliability and Maintenance of the vehicle (i believe we are on long term usage of the vehicle)
    - Comfort on the ride
    - FC
    - Safety
    - Can ride 5 - 7 persons. (Occasional lang ang 6 or 7 since 5 lang kami sa family) Naisip lang namin na kumuha ng 7 seater or naging option siya because umuuwi relatives namin and sa amin tumutuloy. (we do have a car right now)

    Budget is around 1.2 ~ 1.3M
Planned month of Acquiring: By Feb or March, 2013

Currently, we are almost 100% on our choice, which is Innova V Diesel. Since it can seat 7, pasok sa budget as of now.

Now, here is my dilemma. As I read on the Innova thread, medyo worry ko ang engine maintenance ng Innova, because of the reports here of the problems that they encounter. Although I have read that fixed na most of the problems. Still, I worry baka in the long run e maging problema namin ito.

Another thing, nakita ko ang offer ng forester ngayon and tempting siya. Kasi safety and reliability (Airbags, AWD, HSA, etc) mas ok ang subaru. Yun nga lang, 5 seater and mas malakas FC, isama mo pa ang maintenance, which I know na mas mahal. Isa pang nagpagulo ngayon is the new CRV 2.0S (1.390M), although mas mahal, feeling ko mas safe and reliable siya compared sa Innova.

Any inputs guys? First brand new namin ito. So I want to have that peace of mind later on kapag gamit na namin ang sasakyan.

Hehe. Medyo magulo isip ko dahil sa worry ko sa mga issues sa Innova. Mga Innova users, please share your experiences.

    Thanks a Lot!

first of all. there is no perfect car. so look for the deal breaker that will suit you. lahat talaga may negative. sa requirements mo, pasok na pasok talaga ang innova. pwede rin ang montero non-vgt, starex TCI, carnival, avanza, grand livina, but the last two are gas engine

if you're looking at 5 seater, lalong mas madami ang options. but as you said, umuuwi sainyo ang relatives nyo, nakakahiya naman kung may lakad kayo at hindi sila kasama dahil kulang ang seats :D

    Thanks sir.
Between the Montero and Innova, mas comfortable nga ba ang Innova? That's the reason why we have eliminated the montero.

Well, as I have said, leaning na talaga for Innova. Its just that the issues that I have read keeps on bothering me. hehe. And our relative shared about the gas pedal being stucked, but I guess this has long been solved.

    Sir, Thanks!
bago pa unit ninyo, dapat talaga oks na oks pa. hehehe..
I have read din na basta palitan lang ng mas maaga ang fuel filter e walang magiging problem.

Tahimik naman po pag nagddrive, I mean ung inside the cabin?
