Rav4 vs Vitara (95 - 98 model)

A little watch-out on the Vitara. These were previous options for our sales mgrs back in the early 2000. Those who got these acquired 2001, 2002, complained of high fuel consumption for a 1.6liter SUV. Similar complaint to those who got the then new 2003s 2.0liter gen2 CRVs. Both were matic though.

An uncle of mine had a '93 Vitara with the 1.6L engine and manual transmission, but retrofitted a Volkswagen/Audi 1.6L diesel. Considering reliability and cross-country abilities, I'd rather get a Vitara over a RAV-4 everytime. Overall comfort was not bad for the Vitara too.

Kahit yung pinaka matarik na kalsada sa baguio at 5 passengers at punoin mo pa ng gamit kayang-kaya ng Vitara yan, dahil kung sa tingin mo mabibitin ang makina dahil sobra tarik pwede mo i-shift sa 4 low, at gagapang yan.

Nagkaroon ako ng Vits kaya kabisado ko capability nyan re gas consumption mas matipid sya compared sa ibang SUV wag lang Jimny and the likes at sa sedan. Actually naghahanap din ako uli nyan gagawin kong project 4x4 car.
