They just have the same engine and the i10 AT is lighter than even just the Picanto MT. Way lighter than the equivalent Picanto matic. On paper it should be the i10. Let's wait for owners and their actual consumption.

September 29th, 2008 08:34 AM #15For your consideration: Not sure sa Picanto, pero sa i10 yata, may promo na 38K downpayment all-in, then papatak na mga 12K per month for 5 yrs.

38K all in. E.Rod Sr Ave Branch... Sila yung nag demo sa gateway mall.
have free LCD DVD in dash monitor pa. though yung AT variants old model pa kase asking is 538K and has no airbags.
bout the thread on i10, single owner pa lang naman ang nag post ng FC, why not ask more?

September 30th, 2008 03:52 AM #19Hi, we own a Picanto, although it's manual transmission. Fuel consumption is 13-15kms per liter. We bought the unit September 3 and we've never been happier with the FC, comapred to our old ride which was a Nissan Sentra 1.3 JX.
We've actually cut our gas budget from P6,500 to P3,500, and that's already inclusive of all weekend gimmick trips. With our old car, at P6,500 gas budget we try not to go out often or we try to schedule our trips to maximize the fuel consumption.

September 30th, 2008 01:17 PM #20i was so disappointed sa Hyunda Otis at Edsa (Guadalupe), they really wanted a 80,700 cah out for an i10 AT.
I hope this thread reaches out to the people of Otis and Guadalupe, they keep insisting that their prices are the same in all hyundai branches...
*Gen sir, okay lang po matali sa 5yrs since wala napo ako cash having bought a Mazda 3 4weeks ago
