Sentra parts are marginally more expensive then Toyotas... but cheaper then HOndas.
Suspension quality is dependent on the former owner IMO.
Just shop around and get one you find in good condition. At that budget range you can find a 1995 to 1997 Sentra Super Saloon.

Kme we used to own a 99 Sentra SS 1.6, kakabenta lng nung sat for 210K. 2nd owner kme.
Mag-1-year p lng sa amin.
Problems:
- maingay yung shocks nitong last few weeks, pero sabi sa casa d dw shocks un
- medyo matigas ung clutch, sbi ng casa uli, ganun dw talaga and nissan cars. the casa guy even let me try other cars, ganun nga talaga. tried replacing clutch cable, minimal effects.
Advantages:
- lakas aircon, minsan pinapatay ko
- lakas preno
- ok ang acceleration
- tipid sa gas, basta wg lng over 2K ang rpm

I suggest the Nissan Sentra.
But with a budget of only 170K, you would be looking at the Sentra series3 1.4 L at best.
Usually its possible to find very good condition sentras. Just check the car and the vehicle's background (typical use, milage) if it all adds up. Some newer Sentras have more wear & tear than they should have, this means neglect & abuse from the owner/driver.
